All roads lead to Mizzou

Campus tours for the general public

Walking tours of the University of Missouri are hosted by members of the Mizzou Tour Team. These guides are undergraduate students from all over the state of Missouri and throughout the country, representing large cities and small towns.

It takes approximately one and a half hours to visit the main areas of campus.

In most cases of inclement weather, our tours proceed as scheduled. Tour guides will provide umbrellas or offer a slide show presentation of campus.

Tours are arranged on an individual basis Monday through Friday. To schedule a campus tour, please contact the Office of Visitor Relations by calling toll-free 1-800-856-2181 or by e-mail at visitus@missouri.edu. MU departments may request a tour for faculty position applicants by submitting a department tour request form.

Field Trips

Field trips at MU are tailored to a specific group, but typically visitors will take a tour of campus and visit museums and other exhibits (depending on age group). Advanced notice is required for the Office of Visitor Relations to plan your visit. Depending on the age of your group, please contact the following departments to register your school, group or organization for a campus tour:
